Notifications to sms

Sorry for duplicate, but:
1. i've changed the way, in which thold sends notifications, i.e.
to: smsgateway
subject: emails(but, i'm just putting phone numbers in that field, so, +7xxxxxxxxxx), like, "+7xxxxxxxxxx, +7xxxyyyyyyy"
msg: remade it to be more simple

so... i've got a question, is there any way, thold sends notifications of hosts, which are down? Cause, as i see, cacti isn't starting any scripts, if host is down.. so, thold can't see, that host is down...

ps: the main question is: how to force checking host(starting scripts) even, if host is down?
