Down Device Detection PING/ Method ICMP only

Post by barney34 »

Hello
I have an issue when I enable a device and use down device detection as PING and Method ICMP. The ping results at the top of console ---> device ----> edit always says down and I get this error at the top of the page. I have NO issue if I have a devices using ICMP/ SNMP as down device detection and ICMP as method. Thank you for your help

PING and SNMP with no string works great I just get the message SNMP not in use. SNMP works but the device does not respond to SNMP so I get no graphs.
