I WANT TO ADD A LOCATION CONNECTED TO SOME BACKBONE ROUTER AND UNABLE TO DO SO EVEN BY FOLLOWING THE PROCEDURE OF GOING TO DEVICES TAB AND THAN DOING CREATE AND EDIT HOST

WHERE IS THE PROBLEM

We trying to add one customer link to his dedicated url , the link is up and running but still it not displaying in the list of the up and running link of devices

You're talking about a new interface not showing up on a router/switch? Then, please re-index the interface table by pressing the little green circle next to the Data Query when editing this device
