Has anyone successfully been able to poll a cisco cluster in one data template only ?
I am able to poll them individually but the number of switches in the clusters I manage would mean that a whole load of data templates would be needed.
It would be great if it was possible to poll the entire cluster from within a single data template.
I have searched cisco webby and tried one or two things with the SNMP community string input in cacti all to no avail.
I read something about assigning a loopback IP to the cluster switches but from what i can tell our catalyst 2950's don't support this feature !?
Hope this makes sense and I hope that someone has a resolution
