error log in Cacti Log File - CMDPHP: Poller[0] ERROR

Everything is fine with cacti except the error log produced by cacti log file.
I've tried to modify the number of concurrent process from 50 to 10 or 4,but it seems not work.
Is Anyone know how to fix this problem?

CentOS release 4.5
Cacti 0.8.6j
php-4.3.9-3.22.4
