Has anyone got template for nexsan stataboy storage? please

I have asked this in the past, and apparently the Nexsan Devices only allow the sending of Traps, they do not allow the querying of data on them.
If i am wrong, i would love to hear it, I have a lot of these deployed that i would love to monitor.
