install/index.php

I would like to re-run install/index.php because I think I screwed it up when I first ran it. What is Cacti looking for to determine if it needs to run the installer or not? I deleted my cacti directory and extracted the zip again, but when I renamed the dir back to Cacti, cacti acted like nothing happened and prompted me for user/pass.

Just change the value in the 'version' table to the version you want to "simulate".
