[SOLVED] Cacti 0.8.7a + PIA 1.4 : no more CSV export

Post by fmangeant »

Hi all

I've upgraded one of my Cacti servers to 0.8.7a + PIA 1.4, and since then I don't have the "CSV export" icon anymore (see the attached screenshot).

On the same server, a clean install of 0.8.7a without PIA displays the "CSV export" icon.

Hi

I have updated too !
Now running 0.8.7a, after a little problem with rrd-updates from perl-script it works really fine!

When installing PA1.4 for 0.8.7a I will get this error:
Notice: Use of undefined constant GRAPH_ITEM_TYPE_COMMENT - assumed 'GRAPH_ITEM_TYPE_COMMENT' in C:\SNMP\cacti\include\global_arrays.php on line 145

Notice: Use of undefined constant GRAPH_ITEM_TYPE_HRULE - assumed 'GRAPH_ITEM_TYPE_HRULE' in C:\SNMP\cacti\include\global_arrays.php on line 146

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at C:\SNMP\cacti\include\global_arrays.php:145) in C:\SNMP\cacti\include\auth.php on line 29
I not even can see a login screen !

Oh ...
Running on Windows 2k3, Apache2.0, PHP5.2.5

I was not able to do a install of AP1.4 with "patch -p1 -N < xxx" -> "Nothing to patch"
So I copied the prepatched files over, and do a "reconfig" by hand

Looks like global_constants.php in the include directory is missing a few entries.

That is caused by a missing < in front of a img tag.

open lib\html.php and look at line 107.
with pia 1.4 it is:

Code: Select all

<a href='<?php print $config['url_path']; ?>graph_xport.php?local_graph_id=<?php print $graph["local_graph_id"];?>&rra_id=0&<?php print $extra_url_args;?>'><<?php print $config['url_path']; ?>img src='images/graph_query.png' border='0' alt='CSV Export' title='CSV Export' style='padding: 3px;'></a><br>
simply overwrite this line with this one:

Code: Select all

<a href='<?php print $config['url_path']; ?>graph_xport.php?local_graph_id=<?php print $graph["local_graph_id"];?>&rra_id=0&<?php print $extra_url_args;?>'><<?php print $config['url_path']; ?><img src='images/graph_query.png' border='0' alt='CSV Export' title='CSV Export' style='padding: 3px;'></a><br>
This works for me and should work for you to.
