Hi all,
I am trying to install the Syslog plugin that is available on the SVN. I have done what i normally do to install a plugin, and i can see the Syslogs tab within Cacti. I have given the necessary permissions for the user that i am using, but when i click on the Syslogs tab, i get the following:
Never Mind, i fixed the problem. Apparently the new version of this plugin is a little different that the old Haloe plugin. It will log to it's own database, rather than to tables in the cacti database (unless in previous version i had set it up wrong, which is entirely possible!!!)
Once i created the new database, and the necessary permissions, i was able to properly see the plugin.
One note, the error message i was getting said that i needed to edit the include/config.php, when i think the error message should have said to edit the /plugins/syslog/include.php
