I downloaded the patches and they are placed in the directory:
C: \ Inetpub \ wwwroot \ cacti

In the command prompt:

Cd C: \ Inetpub \ wwwroot \ cacti

Then I ran:
Patch-p1-N <graph_create_xml_warning.patch
Patch-p1-N <sec_sql_injection-0.8.7.patch

Here is the error:

edit :
I patched create folder where I put both files and then execute the following screen:

For path, which must be put to the two files please?

Are you running cacti 0.8.7 or 0.8.6? You didn't follow the post I linked to.

Look inside the patch files for what file(s) they actually patch. Then search for where those reside in your cacti folder. Typically all you need to do is download the patch(es) to the root of your cacti folder and then run the patch.

Alternatively, you can navigate to http://www.cacti.net/downloads/patches/ and download the prepatched files and overwrite them in your installation.

I use 0.8.7 or 0.8.6 (.exe) but any change :(

edit :

I surrender, that do nothing to the English, it is too difficult for me to understand all your terms.
Thanks anyway
