threshold going over high threshold but not triggering 0.3.7

i'm using 0.3.7
high threshold is currently set at 40000000 and current value is 62810472.9333 but thold is not triggering.

I had similar problem that I have not completely figured out yet, because I'm confused as far as the numbering but if instead of putting your threshold as 40000000 do the current value, if it's acceptable and then just lower the current value number... so yours you are showing is 62810472.9333, then do 52810472.9333, that worked for me, I'm still trying to figure out the decimal value.
