Graph creator plugin

Hello,

I wasn't quite sure where on the board this post should go, so I'm posting it here.

I'm working on a right now custum "plugin/addon" for cacti which makes multiple graph creations for hosts possible in a new way.
However I'm not entirely certain on how cacti adds new graphs to a host.

If I got the ID of the graph template, and the ID of the device/host, do I need anything else? Where do I need to add data in the DB. And so on.

So if someone could enlighten me in the procedure of adding a graph to a host, I would be very thankful.
