No Switch name, no vendor name and Port2ignore failed....

Hi
Here is my version - Device Tracking (mactrack - v1.0)
I have empty Switch name and Vendor name fields in MAC/IP report
and in mac_track_ports table are empty also...

- and one more
Ports to Ignore in Device form does't work as you can see port Fa0/7 at my attachment has some mac addresses.

What can I do to fix it ?

May be this will help:

Console -> Tracking Utilities -> Refresh IEEE Vendor MAC/OUI Database
