login problems except admin

Hi,

i need help to find the reason why i cannot login in cacti.
i cannot login with a user account other than admin.
with admin it works fine, but with the guest account or a new created, i get 'Invalid User Name/Password Please Retype:'

did you need further infos to be able to help me ?
