we have a few machines that we think are suffering from high disk ques, is there a way to graph this information from our linux cacti server ?
or would I have to install windows cacti on each windows machine? and if thats the case how do I monitor disk que ?

Look into setting up the nsclient on your windows boxes, then you can poll WMI data (which has disk queue numbers, etc) from linux. Search the script forum, there are lots of things for nsclient.
