Dynamic interface monitoring (pppX ...)

Don't know how to get cacti monitoring interfaces like pppX under linux. Each time when interface is created it has different ifIndex but always the static ip-address (in my case). This happens when deletting and creatting again the ipip-tunnel interface with the same parameters. Other words there is no command "snmp-server ifindex persist" like in cisco routers .

Is any way to correct use cacti in this situation ?
