what ..is batch copy in 0.8.7, where from i can download that batch file...

When I refer to "Batch Copy" it's not a command line script. It's an action available on the User Administration page that allows you to select users and then copy a certain, predefined, "Template" use over the selected users. The Full name, Username, Password and Realm are not overwritten on the target users.
