Hi,
When I run cmd.php by hand, it sends me back some weird messages:

ERROR: Not enough arguments
Error in packet
Reason: (noSuchName) There is no such variable name in this MIB.
What should I do concerning this?
Well, Iam sure that those messages come eveytime, but cron redirects it to /dev/null

Not sure if this would fix it, but try replacing your current 'cmd.php' with the following file:
