performance

I want to calculate time different between opening web page with proxy and without proxy to make performance graph

Is there any templates or script to do this function .

Offhand no, but it wouldn't be hard to write one in perl/python/etc. Take an existing web response time script (search!) and modify it accordingly.

i have 2 inernet proxies i want to test the responce time for both of them :
frist proxy is used with port 8080
second proxy is used with port 8000

any comments regarding the above script .

If I understand correctly, you should proceed as follows:
- create a set of graphs for the first proxy
- repeat this step for the second proxy
- now create a custom script using a custom CDEF that subtracts values of both proxies
