Problem about Netscree isg2000 and ssg550

Hello all,
I want to monitor the cpu,memory,sessions of NS isg2000 & ssg550 ,and i download the scripts and templates from this forum.
Using these scripts and templates I can monitor CPU and sessions ,but memory always be Nan.
The log say "WARNING: Result from CMD not valid. Partial Result:".
I have already change the Max value to 1000000000, and use "rrdtool info" command can see the rrd file's Max value has changed, but it also dont work.

Can anybody help me? Thanks first!

Can you successfully snmpwalk the OID for memory on the netscreen?

yes,i can get these values
and i have already edited the memeory's max value to 1000000000,because our firewall's memory is 891253296.
