Hi,

+ XML file parsed ok.
+ Executing SNMP walk for list of indexes @ '.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.1'
+ Located input field 'ifIndex' [walk]
+ Executing SNMP walk for data @ '.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.1'
+ Found item [ifIndex='End of MIB'] index: End of MIB [from value]
+ Located input field 'ifOperStatus' [walk]
+ Executing SNMP walk for data @ '.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.8'

+ Found data query XML file at '/usr/share/cacti/site/resource/snmp_queries/interface.xml'
+ Found data query XML file at '/usr/share/cacti/site/resource/snmp_queries/interface.xml'

This machine is my firewall/router and I would really like to monitor the traffic/interfaces.

Any help appreciated.

The problem servers are ubuntu dapper, may be smpd.conf configuration?

I can poll SLES servers interfaces without problems.

Hey,

The problem was with the snmpd.conf access parameters, needed to allow readonly to my polling host, because other stats where being returned I firstly dis-guarded this.
