No files in rra

Post by greggy86 »

Cacti is installed successfully but x shows up where graphs should be.

#I tried to run poller.php manually from cacti directory with command->
"/usr/local/apache2/php/bin/php poller.php" but it returns->

"sh: /usr/local/apache2/php/bin: is a directory"

#but the command remaind in run state for a while, then after 292 #seconds I get->

POLLER: Poller[0] Maximum runtime of 292 seconds exceeded. Exiting.
SYSTEM STATS: Time:292.2229 Method:cmd.php Processes:1 Threads:N/A Hosts:3 HostsPerProcess:3 DataSources:16 RRDsProcessed:0

Warning: pclose(): 48 is not a valid stream resource in /var/www/cacti/lib/rrd.php on line 47

#when I check the rra directory there are no files; x still shows where #graphs should be. How can I resolve this and why do I get the "is a #directory" error.

Please help

Can someone please assist me in resolving this issue.
Does anyone know why I get the "is a directory" error.

What OS are u using? What about the directory permission? Is the user of poller.php has the permission to read and write to that directory?
