host status test modification

Hi there,

IMO, cacti should be modified so that if ANY of the tests return successful, then the host status should be defined as up in order to force the poller to get statistics and generate graph. The tests may include ICMP, HTTP, HTTPS, SNMP, SMTP, POP, Telnet, SSH, 137, 139, 445 (these are the most common ports for networked devices).
I raise this request because some of the devices in my network are unable to ping but have snmp enabled. Therefore graphs will not be created unless I modify the code. But at the same time, we want to monitor some other devices through icmp or tcp.

A very similar feature will be available with cacti 0.8.7. Watch out for it in a few weeks
