Hi,
I seem to have a basic error in my Cisco Router Host Template:
SNMP Information
System: No Such Object available on this agent
Uptime: No Such Object available on this agent (0 days, 0 hours, 0 minutes)
Hostname: No Such Object available on this agent
Location: No Such Object available on this agent
Contact: No Such Object available on this agent
I can't get any of my IP SLA graphs running and interestingly in 'Devices' and the Cisco router in question, when I change the 'Host Template' from 'Cisco Router' to 'Generic' and then back again to 'Cisco Router' I get the following error:
Notice: Undefined index: oid_index in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\lib\data_query.php on line 156
Notice: Undefined index: oid_index in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\lib\data_query.php on line 159

Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\lib\data_query.php on line 515
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\lib\data_query.php:156) in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\host.php on line 151
All help greatly appreciated. Thanks

The snmp-server string is present and correct on the router and the webserver. I have done a debug on the router where 10.160.11.67 is the cacti webserver. It appears the MIB or SNMP or something just is not working. All help and advice is appreciated. The output of the debug is as below:

Read the installation guide in my signature. Initially looks like NTFS permission problems.

does that rtr config turn on the Response Time Reporter feature? Not exactly sure why that would be needed for basic snmp data polling.
