Cacti + NetEnforcer Problem

Hello,

I am currently investigating Cacti to see if it would be a suitable replacement for MRTG at my company.

In order for us to be able to use Cacti, it needs to be able to graph our NetEnforcer, which MRTG is currently capable of doing.

Unfortunately I'm having some trouble getting the Data Query setup. I downloaded the XML templates that someone else had posted on here, however the queries are not working.

So, I decided to start from the beginning and build my own XML template. I ran the following command:
snmptable -c public -v 1 172.30.0.17 QID-PIPE-MIB::qidPipeStatTable

Here is the output that it gave me:
QID-PIPE-MIB::qidPipeStatTable: No entries

Does anyone have any ideas as to why it would return 'no entries'? If you need any additional info, please let me know. I'd love to be able to replace MRTG with Cacti, however I will be unable to do so if I cannot get the NetEnforcer to graph.

Are you using the correct community string to query this device? Also, community strings are case sensitive in some devices.

Yes, I am using the correct community string. And no, it's not public - I put that in there so as to not publish the real string out on the net.

No problem, just checking the obvious.

Does the device have a defined set of IP's that are allowed to query it? I just recently got a Linksys AP that only allows 1 IP to query it at a time, which kind of sucks.
