plz help me
i have used RH9 for my cacti server and i already configured the cacti it is also getting information from my router but could not showing graph of MRTG
i am using the following tools for that
httpd , net-snmp php-4 cacti-0.8b mysql4 rrdttol
graph is not showing

RH9, well that is old....
I remember having issues with the php-snmp, I would suggest you disable the php-snmp and then Cacti will rely on the net-snmp binaries that are installed.
