Post by JonMikel »

Hello, i'm new in this cacti's world, and i have a little big problem, i have installed cacti following the install notes of this page, and i think i' did it fine but i can't see any graph in my cacti's interface and i have the following cacti's log:
07/02/2007 08:29:14 AM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] ERROR: SQL Cell Failed "select data_template_data.rrd_step from (data_template_data,data_template_rrd,graph_templates_item) where graph_templates_item.task_item_id=data_template_rrd.id and data_template_rrd.local_data_id=data_template_data.local_data_id and graph_templates_item.local_graph_id=5limit 0,1"

Ok i think i solved the problem, changing the cacti file in cron.d. I change the line:
*/5 * * * * cactiuser php /usr/share/cacti/poller.php > /dev/null 2>&1
for
*/5 * * * * nagios php5 /usr/share/cacti/poller.php > /dev/null 2>&1
because i'm using php5

now i have this in the log file:
07/02/2007 11:50:03 AM - SYSTEM STATS: Time:1.2771 Method:cmd.php Processes:1 Threads:N/A Hosts:4 HostsPerProcess:4 DataSources:6 RRDsProcessed:6
no error in the log file but i still can't see any graph.... :-?

problem solved changing cacti file in cron.d.

Now i obtain graphs from localhost, but i'm trying to get graphs from windows servers using SNMP, and i'm trying with OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.2 to get memory utilization and my graph is empty :S
Do i have to do something "special" to monitorize windows servers using snmp?
