Poller Issues....HELP!!

I noticed my graphs stopped updating and here is what I get when I try to poll...

The first issue is very likely a problem with time. If time was reset, rrd files refuse to accept further updates until the last valid update time is reached again (ntp issues?)
The second issue may be related to a not fully patched cacti: http://www.cacti.net/download_patches.php
