Add description to e-mails

Right now when a host goes down I get an e-mail like
Host Error : xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is DOWN
Message : SNMP not performed due to setting or ping result., default

How can I add the description to the e-mail so it says something like
Host Name: Cisco Router
Host Error : xxx.xxx..xxx.xxx is DOWN
Message : SNMP not performed due to setting or ping result., default

Right now I have my routers setup per IP so when one goes down I see it by the IP and I don't get any description saying which router it is.

Hello. I installed CactiEZ which already had it built in. I believe it is part of the thold plug-in but I am not sure.
