cpu 100% i cant see it on cacti

my server is 100% cpu most of the day

i dont know why but it looks like when the system is 100% cpu

i cant see it on the graph looks like

if cpu > 90 then dont show it at all

any ideas ?

the cacti run on Debian-etch

and the system which i monitor is fc5
