Getting Graphs on Cacti

Hi all,
I followed your instructions on how to install cacti on windowXP. After installation, I am having problems, seeing any graph on Cacti. When I run cmd.php, I noticed these errors.

It appears that perl isn't able to find the path because the path is repeated. I don't know where I can change this path so it doesn't repeat. If this is my problem for why I am not getting any graphs on cacti, please help. Thanks.

It looks like you may have some incorrect paths. If you select "Cacti Settings" on the menu, and select the "Path" tab, what are your values for the settings on this page?
