My cacti graph y-axis problem

My cacti graph y-axis problem

I am using cacti-0.8.6j and have created a graph from template to monitor global http request. In this graph,Y-axis content is marked as : 100m/200m.

RRDTool always reports a rate, normally based on seconds. That is, your current graphs shows 0.1 or 0.2 requests per second. Given, that you ask every 5 minutes, this makes 30-60 requests during 300 seconds.
If you prefer to make values per minute or per 5 minutes, please apply a CDEF that performs the required math
