Show units on the value we are graphing

Is it possible in cacti to show units on the value we are graphing on CDEF statements, like for example, if im graphing my server temperature and showing max, min, current values, is it possible to show '

Sorry, my last post lost some words at the end... i was asking if its possible to show the celsius unit after each value (a min, average, max, or current) on the graph..

how do i apply units when defining the y-axis, the only thing related i see there is labeling the y-axis.
