Empty regions in graph

Hello, I'm first time at this forum and I've a question. I'm collecting outside temperature data using manually writed Perl script (it takes data from www.wunderground.com). Everything theems OK, but I have an empty regions in my graph, like this:



At first I've thought that php poller script exeeds MAX_EXECUTION_TIME value and my script doesn't receive data, but when I saw a cacti log file, I seen that poller receives data normally. Anybody knows what's happened?
