graph temp

I'm a cacti newbie looking to graph temperature in a server room. We have a 1-Wire Bus, RJ45 Embedded Temperature Sensor (DS18S20) from http://puceshop.pucebaboon.com:16161/Pu ... _Sens.html that correctly returns the temp when temperature.sh command is given to the linux box it is plugged into. I'm not sure where to go from here.
