Error: A template with that Data Source already exists!

I just upgrade my cact to version J, and the newest plugin archecture and thold. Everything is fine except for the"Error: A template with that Data Source already exists!". I can't create template for thold. I search around and one guy report it as a bug in feb 2007 but never got resolved. I was wondering is there a work around for it?
