Weathermap 0.9pre3 - TEST RELEASE - READ THE POST!

More problems fixed, and documentation hopefully complete, here's 0.9pre3 for brave folks to download and test.

The changes list is a lot shorter this time:

Changes since pre2:
* In the Cacti plugin, the 'add map' list is sorted properly now, like the editor.
* PHP4-related fixes for plugins. In particular the cactihost DS should set 'state' now.
* Fixed RRD datasources for Windows users. The result of one fix too many.
* Fixed editor bug so that you can initially place the DEFAULT legend again
* Fixed '-' DS name spurious error.
* Documentation complete! (I think?)
* Added a new diagram with all the basic "how to change..." info on it

Could you try again? I think I have this one under control... my stats package went crazy, but in such a way that the download worked for me

Ops, found a bug in the editor.

When I try to set different speed for upload and download it starts to get crazy.
