Graph template with SNMP queries for the graph title PROBLEM

Hi, I am trying to add the following to the graph title in the console but it doesnt work the way I want it.
|host_description| - Traffic - |query_ifIP|/|query_ifDescr|

The |host_description| works so far. Although with the |query_ifIP|, it only seems to work with the switch / routers that have fast ethernet intefaces, for those with gigabyte ethernet, it will display in the title: |query_ifIP| instead of the IP.

Also, with the |query_ifDescr|, I was looking to get the description of the particular interface I was monitoring as entered in the cisco router with the command Description blah blah something. Is there a snmp query that would do that ?

For the interface description, i found that I can use ifalias. for the query ip it dont work so well, work with like half the equipements.
