poller.php and cmd.php return blank

Post by cakeroyd »

I installed 0.8.6j and followed the instuctions verbatim. My graphs are showing as a red x and there are no files being created in the rra directory. I have turned debugging on to DEBUG and forced poller to run by typing php -q poller.php and php -q cmd.php. The command line return is blank and nothing is logged in the cacti.log file.

[root@umcgwmos cacti]# php -q cmd.php
[root@umcgwmos cacti]# php -q poller.php
[root@umcgwmos cacti]#

[root@umcgwmos log]# ls -al
total 8
drwxr-xr-x 2 cactiuser users 4096 Mar 8 22:26 .
drwxr-xr-x 11 nagios nagios 4096 Mar 8 22:22 ..
-rw-rw-r-- 1 cactiuser cactiuser 0 Mar 8 22:26 cacti.log

What have I missed?

Did you change the Path Settings for cacti.log? By default, it is located at /var/www/html/cacti/log, a subdirectory of cacti.
