Win32 and snmp_functions.php

When I upgraded to 0.6.6 on my Win32 box - SNMP stopped working. You have replaced:

$community with
'$community'

in the snmp_functions.php script where you call snmpwalk and snmpget. The Win32 shell can better handle:

"$community".

Now you know... Cheers!
