Do you have the plugin architecture installed ?
Did you edit config.php and add the plugin name ? You might also want to check that you have ticked the host info box under user management permissions.

I dont have plugin architecture installed was looking at its installation guide and it says better to install on a new installation i have already everthing configure and many custom templates
this is a windows installation on win 2003R2 server
yes i did edit the config.php
and i can not see the check box in the admin user to enable host info
but i guess i will need to install the plugin architecture First
Is there a easy way to do it so that i dont kill my fully setup system
Or a windows install document
