Issue with re-alert cycle after upgrading to 3.1

Post by NetAdmin »

Prior to upgrading, I would get an initial email when the threshold was triggered, then I would receive another one if the threshold was still triggered after 12 polling cycles. Worked great. However, since the upgrade, I am now just getting an email every polling cycle (every 5 minutes) stating that the device went above the threshold. Each email is for the same device threshold.

It's also failing to send out an email when the threshold has been restored to normal...

Just wanted to check in and see if any progress has been made. In the meantime, do you know if it is simple to revert back to version 3.0 and what steps would have to be taken?

Thanks.

v0.3.2 was released about a week ago to take care of this issue and a few other ones.
