snmp-community string mixed up

Post by torstentfk »

Hi,

I found sporadic problems with the community strings in the device config in mactrack. From time to time the configured com-string in the device setting changed to the default strings. The consequence is a device with error status.
I could not tell when this happens....but often is appears if I restart the mysql deamon.

More than likely it's the last entry in the list and the device rebooted sometime during that period, or you lost connectivity.

For those wondering, I'm still here, but lost in the shadows. Yearning for less bugs. Who want's a Cacti 1.3/2.0? Streams anyone?
