Poller not updating rrd's

Hello all,

I am unable to get graphs to update. RRA's do update when I run poller.php from the command line as cactiuser.

RRA's do not update when the cron job runs.

Permissions on the rra folder are cactiuser.root

permissons on rra's are -rw-rw-r--

permission on rra folder are drwxr-xr-x

What am I doing wrong?

I am at the point now where I am very frustrated with Cacti. I have done numerous installs of cacti and have never encountered this. Anyone have any ideas?
