Graph time is different from OS time ?

Hello,
my testing environment is
Cacti 0.8.6i
PHP 5.2.0
Apache 2.2.3
ActivePerl 5.6.1
MySQL 5.0.27

But after show the graph, the time is different from O.S. time?
How to check ?
