Customization for syslog plugin emails

I have several alerts coming in from 3 different Cacti servers and it became too hard to tell them apart.

Here is a quick edit to change the email sender & subject in syslog ver 0.4

in <cacti dir>/plugins/haloe/functions.php

edit lines 83 & 84 to reflect your email

Thank you, I was just looking for how to do that this morning and got distracted with another issue.
