Cannot get Data Queries with unusual community string

Our co. using unusual community strings.
ex. incluing !$&

It's problem for get Data Queries.
Because It's hand php command line directory.

Not quite sure on this, but please read the section on fixed bugs for latest cacti 0.8.6i. AFAIK, there was some fix for this
