comma separated email addresses not working

I'm adding in a list of comma separated email addresses for notification and it's not working correctly. I've tried putting a space after the comma and no space after the comma. This holds true whether I'm adding it to the global address or an individual threshold. It works for the first address I use but the address after the comma never gets the emails. Has anyone seen this before? Any advice?

Hmmm...so i was testing by using my own email address twice "me@mymail.com,me@mymail.com" and I would only get the first one. However when I tried a coworker it worked just fine "me@mymail.com,she@hermail.com"....so nevermind about the mail.
