php cmd.php ....... errors *PLEASE HELP*

Since you are getting the following output last:

X-Powered-By: PHP/4.1.2
Content-type: text/html

(Which usually comes first) I am going to assume this is an error generated by the PHP binary directly.

Double check your crontab entry and make sure it follows the same sytax below:

*/5 * * * * www php /var/www/html/cacti/cmd.php > /dev/null 2>&1

If you still get an error, try and 'cd' into the cacti directory and running 'php cmd.php'. See if that helps.
