The disk that my rrds are stored on ran out of space yesterday. As such none of the graphs and rrds were updated.
After freeing up the space about 8 hours later, the rrds are still not being updated by cacti.
I can't seem to find any errors in the debug screens for either the graphs or rrds.
The poller is not showing any errors either.
Is there any way to get the rrds (and as such the graphs) updated again?

Never heard of any case like this. You may try to dump/restore a file and check for error messages

tried that and got no error messages from rrdtool.
the timestamps on the affected rrds have not been updated.. it's almost like cacti isn't even updating (or rrdtool) the rrds.

hmmmm..
could it be due to the fact that the update time is larger than the step time configured for that rrd?

This looks very much like an issue with a update timestamp that was 24h in the future. Since you reached that time, rrdtool starts to update again ...
